Every one of "his" features is female.. skin complexion, lips, eyes, coloring..
"he" is way hotter than 95 percent of real women i've ever seen. So you did a great job making "him" but you might want to reconsider "his" gender. =\
1- Many, MANY people that are not familiar with this hobby (or japanese coulture, I'll explain later), usually mistake the boy dolls for girl dolls (that's why we always say that it's a boy).
2- His head is originally a female head that I used to make a boy (now everything makes more sense XD)
You will find many more cases of boy dolls that look like a girl. It's usually on purpose because the character demands it or because the person likes the boy doll with a face more cute. I have a "theory" for why the people on this hobby like boy dolls like this. Many of them, before liking the dolls, enjoyed (or loved) japanese animation (anime/manga), and many of them also like Visual-kei (a type of japanese rocj bands that have a VERY strong visual). Most of these visual key bands are formed by men and almost all of them look EXTREMELY feminine. Japanese coulture has traces of androgyny since they're medieval times. That was passed on to anime and manga, that have some very delicate male characters, and is strong on visual-kei bands (even if it's a visual only for the stage, not real life). Some V-K fans started to make dolls with the same style as those bands (wich is my case with the doll above). Some don't like V-K bands, but like the feminine look. Others just got used to it.
Anyway, it became part of this doll coulture to have delicate and feminine boys. For us it's normal. And we have our eyes used to it, so we can look and recognise the male traces that the owner wanted the doll to have.

and the hair on their heads is capable of gravity defying miracles.
I have to shave every day.. and even when I do, it looks like I didn't.
Those dolls are basically asian people with big anime style eyes, which
is basically the most attractive combination you can have. Well..
I dunno, the Swedish are pretty hot
